Daniel H. Fingerman, Principal

Dan Fingerman joined our firm in 2004 and practices in the areas of intellectual property and business litigation.

Prior joining us, Mr. Fingerman interned for Judge Mark Wolf at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He also volunteered as a law clerk at Bay Area Legal Aid.

Before attending law school, he worked as a database programmer and network technician at the Regional Center of the East Bay.

Mr. Fingerman earned his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law in 2003 and also has degrees from Yale University in Economics and Political Science.

Mr. Fingerman has published many articles, including an analysis of the federal CAN-SPAM Act, which made the cover of the February 2004 issue of the Journal of Internet Law.

He grew up in Columbia, Maryland and, at age 16, became the youngest elected member of government in Howard County.  While living in Maryland, Mr. Fingerman also founded the Reality Check Acting Troupe.

He enjoys unicycling, volleyball, skeptical inquiry, and antique telegraph technology.
