Daniel H. Fingerman, Principal Dan Fingerman practices in the areas of intellectual property and business litigation. Before joining Mount & Stoelker, Dan interned for Judge Mark Wolf, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He also volunteered as a law clerk at Bay Area Legal Aid and was a database programmer and network technician at the Regional Center of the East Bay. Dan is the Founder of the Reality Check Acting Troupe. Dan enjoys unicycling, volleyball, skeptical inquiry and antique telegraph technology.
