- We conduct training sessions with customs inspectors on how to tell the difference between genuine merchandise and knock-offs.
- We initiate litigation in federal court to recover monetary damages and before the ITC to secure exclusion orders to prevent knock-offs from entering the U.S.
- Since 80-90% of the world’s counterfeits originate in China, we identify and target the manufacturers responsible for making the counterfeits. Then we work with our China-based contacts and investigators to initiate police raids on those factories to close them down.
